Do you take walk-in orders for custom cakes?
Custom cakes require a minimum of 3 weeks notice and must go through the enquiry process. We don't take same-day cake orders. For urgent requests, call us and we'll do our best.
Can I pre-order bread or pastries?
We don't currently take pre-orders for daily bakery items. Everything is available on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend arriving before 9am on weekends for the best selection.
Do you offer delivery for daily items?
Daily bakery items are counter-only — no delivery. Custom cakes and catering orders can be delivered within Melbourne metro at an additional fee.
Do you run workshops or classes?
Yes — Sourdough Fundamentals runs on the second Saturday of each month. Places book out 6–8 weeks in advance. Email us to join the waitlist.
Is the bakery wheelchair accessible?
Yes. Our Smith Street premises is fully accessible with a level entry and accessible bathroom. Call ahead if you'd like any assistance during your visit.
